Cliff Residential Town is located on a site of approximately 19,000 square meters in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are part of the Lucayan Archipelago, located near the Bahamas, Florida, and Cuba. With a small population and a history as a British Overseas Territory, the islands are known for their pristine natural landscapes and beautiful beaches.
The design of Cliff Town is defined through the ROW BLOCK strategy. Each plot has an area of approximately 6,600 square feet (600 square meters), with a single-story detached house of approximately 120 square meters considered for each unit.
Contrary to the conventional approach in which villas divide their plots into front and back yards, the relationship between the GBA and permitted building area allowed the landscape to penetrate into the project, creating internal backyards and terraces.
The project was shaped to maximize views and strengthen the connection with the surrounding landscape.
